The most possible reason why you can't send or receive emails could be because the MX records are not correctly set for your domain.
If you signed up for Neo business email with a domain purchased from any of our partner registrars, you will need to set up the MX records for your domain as per the table below:
|10||@||mx0001.neo.space||1 hour/ 3600 seconds|
|20||@||mx0002.neo.space||1 hour/ 3600 seconds|
Once the MX records are added, please add the below SPF/TXT record as well for your domain:
|TXT||@||v=spf1 include:spf0001.neo.space ~all||1 hour/ 3600 seconds|
