There can be several reasons why you are unable to log in to Neo Mail. Let's dive right in to narrow down a possible cause.

Maintenance work
It is possible that you cannot log in due to maintenance or issues on our servers. Please check our status page to rule out any system problems.
Login credentials and URL
- Check that you are on the login page for Neo Mail and not the Email Control Panel.
- Make sure you type in the correct email account and password.

Reset your password
Change the password for the email account from the Neo Admin panel and then try to log in again.
Hosting Plan Expiry
Neo Mail account will be suspended initially and then deleted if your Hosting Plan expires. Due to this, you wouldn't be able to log in to your account. In such a case you would need to contact your hosting provider for plan renewal.
