Sometimes, users face an issue where the time at which an email was sent or received on Neo Mail is not matching with their real-time and Timezone.
How to avoid this issue that the user is facing?
- The Calendar timezone indicated on Neo Mail when an email is sent or received is read from the device/browser info and stored locally
- If the user is facing an issue where the time at which he sent the email or received the email is not correct, just ask the user to make sure that the device timezone and time is perfect and correct. If not, change it once
- Check the timezone of the browser that he is using on the Neo Mail (app.neo.space) client if it is accurate
- Lastly, when all the above checks are done, simply ask the user to log in and log out and the time at which the user received and sent the email shall sync with the device (actual) time.
