When sending an email, it's not uncommon to encounter errors related to the "Invalid From Address." This issue occurs when the email address in the "From" field does not meet the necessary formatting standards or fails to pass authentication checks. How to resolve this:
- If you sending an email from a third party client like Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail etc: Make sure Message From exists, Message From should have a single valid email address and that has to be same as Mail From.
- If you are sending an email from the Neo webmail: If the 'Your name' field in Preferences contains an email address, it must match the email address you are logged in with.
