How do I cancel my email order?
If you find yourself in a position where you need to cancel your subscription plan with Neo Mail, fear not. We've outlined a simple, step-by-step guide to walk you through the process.
- First things first, head over to admin.neo.space and log in using your admin credentials. Once logged in, you'll gain access to the Email Control Panel, where you'll be able to manage your subscription.
- Navigate to the side panel and locate the "Billing and Subscription" option. Click on it to load up your billing details. Here, you'll find all the information regarding your subscription, including the option to manage it.
- Within the billing section, locate the option to manage your subscription. Click on it to reveal a dropdown menu of actions you can take.
- Among the options presented, select "Cancel Subscription." This action will initiate the cancellation process.
- Upon selecting "Cancel Subscription," you'll be prompted to provide a reason for your cancellation. This step helps us improve our services and understand our customers' needs better. Select the reason that best fits your situation.
- After selecting the reason, confirm your decision to cancel the subscription.
Rest assured, this action ensures that you won't be charged going forward.

Keep in mind that your current subscription will remain active until the expiry date of your current plan. You'll still have access to the services and features included in your subscription until that time. |
What happens once my order is deleted?
Once your Neo email order is deleted, you cannot access any mailbox associated with it. All your email data is deleted and you lose access to the Email Control panel, too.
