- Make your Facebook account public
To embed your Facebook posts, your account must be set to public. If your Facebook account isn’t already public, follow these steps to make it public:- Open the Facebook app or visit Facebook on your desktop.
- Go to your profile by tapping your profile icon in the top left (mobile) or top right (desktop).
- Tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger menu) on mobile or click the down arrow on desktop to open Settings & Privacy, then select Settings.
- Under the Privacy section, click on Privacy Settings.
- In the Your Activity section, make sure Who can see your future posts? is set to Public.
- This will make your account public and allow Facebook posts to be embedded.
Get the Facebook post embed code
To embed a Facebook post on your Neo Site, you need to copy the embed code. Here's how to do it:Desktop:
- Visit Facebook on your desktop browser and navigate to the post you want to embed.
- Click on the three dots in the top right corner of the post.
- From the drop-down menu, select Embed.
- In the pop-up window, click Copy Code. This will copy the embed code to your clipboard.
- Add the embed code to your Neo Site
- Add a new section, select Embed, and paste your copied Facebook post embed code into the Embed code field.
- See the Facebook post in action in the Preview immediately.
- Publish your Neo Site
Publish your Neo Site to display your embedded Facebook post on your Neo Site
