Create a Jotform account
Visit Jotform and create an account. If you already have one, sign in.Get the Jotform embed code
Go to your Jotform dashboard and open the form you want to embed.
Click on Publish at the top.
Under the IFrame tab, copy the embed code provided.
Add the embed code to your Neo Site
Add a new section, select Embed, and paste your copied Jotform embed code into the Embed code field.
