In this article, we will walk you through how you can configure MX and TXT records for your domain and set up your Neo account.
1. Log in to your HostGator account using this URL: https://financeiro.hostgator.com.br/
2. If you have purchased a web hosting plan for your domain then navigate to the required domain name and click on the corresponding cPanel button.
If you have not purchased the web hosting plan then please refer to this article containing generic instructions on how to create Neo DNS records

3. Scroll down and open the DNS Zone Editor

4. Navigate to the required domain name and click on the To Manage button for it. Once opened, set the filter for MX records. If any MX records present, delete them

5. Click on Add Record and enter the below values(omit the quotes):
- Name: "Your domain name"
- TTL: "3600"
- Type: "MX"
- Priority: "10"
- Destiny: "mx0001.neo.space"

6. Similarly, add another MX record with the below values(omit the quotes):
- Name: "Your domain name"
- TTL: "3600"
- Type: "MX"
- Priority: "20"
- Destiny: "mx0002.neo.space"
7. Now set the filter to TXT, for the existing TXT record for your domain, click on the option of To Edit and make the below changes(omit the quotes):
- TTL: "3600"
- Record: Include the value "v=spf1 include:spf0001.neo.space ~all" in the existing TXT record as shown below
