In this article, we will walk you through how you can configure an MX record for your domain and set up your Neo Mail account.
1. Log in to your GoDaddy account (click here) and navigate to Domain section.
2. Scroll down to the domain you want to use to send emails and click on Manage DNS.
3. Click on the Add New Record button.
4. Enter the following values (omit the quotes):
- Type: MX
- Host: "@"
- Points to: "mx0001.neo.space"
- Priority: "10"
- TTL: Select "Custom" then enter "3600"
And then select Save
5. Following the same steps as mentioned above, a second MX record needs to be added whose values are (omit the quotes)
- Type: MX
- Host: "@"
- Points to: "mx0002.neo.space"
- Priority: "20"
- TTL: Select "Custom" then enter "3600"
6. Add Another record and enter the following values (omit the quotes)
- Type: TXT
- Host: "@"
- TXT Value: "v=spf1 include:spf0001.neo.space ~all"
And then select Save
Done! You're all set to send and receive emails from your GoDaddy domain using Neo Mail!
