If you've signed up for a business email with Neo, there's just one final step before you begin sending professional emails - connecting your domain to Neo mail so that messages sent to your domain are received by your business email on Neo mail.
This is done by configuring your MX and SPF/TXT records to point to Neo mail. MX and TXT records are DNS records that allow you to send and receive emails through a particular email server (In this case, the Neo Mail server).
Major email inbox providers (like Gmail and Yahoo) have mandated stronger authentication starting February 2024. To ensure that your emails to Gmail and Yahoo recipients are not going into their spam folders, please set up the correct MX and SPF records for your domain.
