In order to achieve this, you need to sign in to your domain host and point the email for your domain to our servers. This is similar to the situation wherein you register your new address with the post office, ensuring that your emails get delivered to the right place. That being said, let’s get started!

Change your MX records and start using Neo Mail
Step 1: Log in to your Papaki account (click here).
Step 2: Addition of the Neo Mail MX and TXT records.
Steps to add new MX records:
1. Click on 'Hosting Plans' from the left panel of your screen.
2. This will open all the domains hosted in your Control Panel.
3. Click on the particular domain name to which you wish to add the MX records.
4. This will lead you to the 'Hosting Manager Panel'. Navigate to 'Manage Hosting'.

5. In the websites and domains page, scroll down and click on 'DNS Settings'
6. Locate and select the existing MX records (if any) from the records you see.
7. Click on the 'Remove Option' at the top of the screen.

8. Now you can add the new MX records, by clicking on 'Add Record'
- Record type: MX
- Mail domain: Leave it empty
- Mail exchange server: mx0001.neo.space
- Specify the priority of the mail exchange server : 10
- Click on Appy then OK and Update.
9. Similarly, add the second MX record.
- Record type: MX
- Mail domain: Leave it empty
- Mail exchange server: mx0002.neo.space
- Specify the priority of the mail exchange server : 20
- Click on Appy then OK and Update.

10. To add the TXT records, you can follow the similar steps by clicking on Add Record:
- Record type: TXT
- Domain name: Leave it empty
- TXT record: v=spf1 include:spf0001.neo.space ~all
- Click on Appy then OK and Update.

Congratulations! Your business email for your domain is now directed to the Neo Mail servers.
