This is a detailed guide to set up the DNS records NEO emails on your WIX DNS panel.
Please refer to our detailed video Tutorial for an easy set up:
1. Log in to your WIX account and select the website you want to make changes to (click here). Click on three dots at the top bar and then and then on Manage DNS Zone to navigate to the DNS Zone.

2. In the DNS Zone scroll down to MX (Mail Exchanger) and then click on Edit MX Record
3. Select Other from the drop-down list and add the below mentioned MX records (omit the quotes):
- Points to: "mx0001.neo.space"
- Points to: "mx0002.neo.space"
4. Again following the same steps as mentioned above, TXT record needs to be added whose values are (omit the quotes):
- Hostname: ""
- Value: "v=spf1 include:spf0001.neo.space ~all"
That’s it. You have just pointed your emails to your Neo mail. It could take anywhere between 6-8 hours for your website to be functional due to DNS Propagation.
