Neo Referral Program: Terms and Conditions – Neo Business

Referral Process:
1. You (“Referrer”) can refer anyone to Neo by sharing your unique referral link with your friend or other persons (“Invitee”). The Invitee can then use the referral link to join Neo and make their first payment.
2. You need not have an active Neo subscription to refer Neo to any Invitee.
3. Employees, contractors or affiliates of Neo are not eligible to participate in the program.
4. By participating in the program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this program.
5. Additionally, both the Referrer and the Invitee must comply with Neo’s terms of service and privacy policy and any additional terms and conditions outlined by Neo (collectively, “Neo Terms”). These Terms are subject to and an integral part of the Neo Terms.
Qualifying Referral: A ‘Qualifying Referral’ means an Invitee
1. who is a new user of Neo, has not accepted any previous referrals and is not an existing or former customer of Neo or has any active Neo subscription; AND
2. Subscribes to any of the paid Neo plans using your referral link or code.
Referral Fee and Rewards: On the completion of each Qualifying Referral,
1. Neo will offer the Referrer a one-time referral fee of $20 for each Invitee; and
2. A variable reward of 10% of the Invitee’s subscription value will be provided for each reference. This reward will continue to be given on every renewal by the Invitee, subject to the verification and compliance with these terms.
Maximum Revenue: The maximum revenue that a Referrer can earn from each Qualifying Referral is capped at $100.
Invitee Benefits: The Invitee will not receive any monetary rewards. However, they will be provided a free one-month subscription of the Neo plan for which they have paid.
Prohibited Conduct:
1. You agree not to:
  1. Use spam, bulk messaging, or unsolicited communications to share referral links;
  2. Mislead or misrepresent the nature of the program;
  3. Create fake accounts or engage in fraudulent or deceptive behaviour; and
  4. Violate any law or regulation in connection with your participation.
2. We reserve the right to disqualify you from participation and withhold or cancel rewards if, in our sole discretion, we believe you have:
  1. Abused or manipulated the program;
  2. Breached these terms;
  3. Referred fake, fraudulent, or self-created accounts;
  4. Engaged in behaviour that undermines the spirit of the program.
3. Neo reserves the right to withhold any payment if Neo, in good faith, believes that the Invitee has not been validly referred.
4. All decisions by Neo are final, binding and not subject to any dispute settlement procedures.
Program Changes: Neo reserves the right to modify (including the amount of referral fee or any other referral benefits that can be earned), suspend or terminate the referral program, at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice. Any changes to the Neo Referral Program shall be effective once published on the Neo website or app. Any unclaimed rewards may be forfeited upon termination.
Limitation of Liability: Neo shall NOT be responsible for any device or technical issues, delays, or errors in the referral submission process. The Referrer is solely responsible for all taxes and compliance with applicable laws in connection with the receipt and/or use of the referral benefits. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or direct damages arising out of or in connection with the referral program.
