In this article, we will walk you through how you can configure an MX record for your domain and set up your Neo account.

Neo needs you to verify domain ownership and activate email services by setting MX records & TXT records. Please note: Unverified domains won't be able to receive or send emails. To know more about Domain Verification, click here |
1. Log in to your Alibaba Cloud account (click here).
2. Open the side panel on your Dashboard and click on Domains.
3. Select the Domain name for which you want to configure Neo and click on Manage.
4. In the left side panel, click on DNS Settings.
5. Click on Add Record and then enter the following values and click OK.
- Type: MX
- Host: "@"
- Value: "mx0001.neo.space"
- Priority: "10"
- TTL: "10 minutes"
6. Following the same steps as mentioned above, a second MX record needs to be added whose values are (omit the quotes):
- Type: MX
- Host: "@"
- Value: "mx0002.neo.space"
- Priority: "20"
- TTL: "10 minutes"
7. Click on Add Record again and enter the following values (omit the quotes) and click OK:
- Type: TXT
- Host: "@"
- Value: "v=spf1 include:spf0001.neo.space ~all"
- TTL: "10 minutes"
Done! You're all set to send and receive emails from your Alibaba Cloud domain using Neo!
