The Neo DNS record are needed to be added to the Heart Internet Control Panel (www.heartinternet.uk) and here are the exact steps that you'd need to follow for your domain.
Firstly, please check where your domain's NS records are pointing to. To do so, follow these steps:

If your domain's NS records are not as mentioned above then please review or change the nameservers, To do so, please click here.
Are the nameservers correct? Perfect! To proceed to add DNS records, click here.
And if your NS records are not pointing to HeartInternet then please click here.
Review or change NS records
1. Login to your Heart Internet Control Panel(www.heartinternet.uk) and navigate to the Manage Domain Names option

2. Under Manage Web Hosting Domains, select the domain name you wish to set up the records for and click on the Manage Now button

3. Click on the nameservers hyperlink and if you wish to change the NS records to point to HeartInternet then under Set nameservers to, select the first option of ns.heartinternet.uk. and ns2.heartinternet.uk.

Adding DNS records
1. Login to your Heart Internet Control Panel(www.heartinternet.uk) and navigate to the Manage Domain Names option

2. Under Manage Web Hosting Domains, select the domain name you wish to set up the records for and click on the Manage Now button
3. Navigate to DNS Management and scroll down to the respective records' field.
4. Under MX Records, type in the below MX records(omit the quotes) and click on the Update DNS button:
- First MX record:

Subdomain: Leave empty

Mail Server: "mx0001.neo.space"
- Priority: "10"

- Second MX record:
-
Subdomain: Leave empty
-
Mail Server: "mx0002.neo.space"
- Priority: "20"

5. Under TXT Records, type in the below TXT record(omit the quotes) and click on the Update DNS button:
- Subdomain: Leave empty
- Text: "v=spf1 include:spf0001.neo.space ~all"
What happens when the Nameservers do not point towards HeartInternet:
If the Nameservers do not point toward ns1.tsodns.com and ns2.tsodns.com, then you will have to check this on "WhoIs" to see where is the Domain DNS located and who is the registrar.
Once that is identified you can then provide further steps to add records on that particular domain site.
