Neo allows you to create up to 10 email aliases for your mailbox using which you can send/receive emails easily. Please go through the below article to know how you can make the best use of it!
Create email alias
- You can log in to Neo Email Control Panel with your admin/customer account credentials.
- Click on "Email Accounts"
- Click on the ellipsis icon when hovering over a particular email address
- Click Manage alias
- Click on Add new alias
- Enter the email address you wish to have as an alias

Delete email alias
- Login to Neo Email Control Panel with your admin/customer account credentials.
- Click on "Email Accounts"
- Click on the ellipsis icon when hovering over a particular email address
- Click Manage alias
- Hover over the particular alias you wish to delete
- Click on the delete icon and confirm it

Managing email alias via web-app
- Login to Neo Webmail with your Neo Email address and password.
- Open up Preferences for the mailbox
- Navigate to Send Email As tab
- You can edit a display name for an alias over here

- Default From email address can be changed to a specific alias over here

- Email alias can be removed from the drop-down list in the From field in the email composer window by hiding it

Receive emails via email alias
Any email sent to an email alias will land in the respective mailbox. To check which alias the email was sent to, check the To field of an email.
In the below case, info@ops.flock-staging.com is an alias for the mailbox anson@ops.flock-staging.com.
