HTML allows for wider options of formatting and adding elements to any content. On Neo, you can insert HTML in Composer and customize your communication as you like, to make it more visually engaging and professional.
You can add interactive elements such as hyperlinks, buttons, and forms, making it easier for recipients to take action, like making a purchase or signing up for a newsletter.
You need a working HTML code that needs to be inserted into the HTML modal. Here’s how you can go about adding it to the Composer:

Log into Neo’s webmail.

Click on the Compose button (you can also hit the C key on your keyboard to open the Compose window)

Select the option that says HTML at the bottom of the Compose window
4. A modal will pop up where you can insert the HTML code
5. After entering the code, click on Insert. This will showcase the output of the code in the Compose window.
6. To add another block of HTML code to your email, you can again click on HTML at the bottom of the Compose window and insert the new code in the modal.
