Swipe actions on the Mobile app

At Neo, we believe in simplifying work. On the Neo mobile app, you can perform actions with a snap  swipe of a finger. And with our latest development, you can take charge of what swiping on the Neo app does for you and make your inbox management a lot more efficient and personalized. 

Here’s how swipe works on the Neo mobile app:

Swipe actions by default

  1. Open the Neo iOS app and go to the required folder
  2. Swipe left to archive an email and swipe right to mark an email as read/unread

Customizing swipe actions

  1. Open the menu from the top-left corner
  2. Select Settings > Swipe actions
  3. Determine the actions as per your preference

Android

Swipe actions by default:

  1. Open the Neo Android app and go to the required folder
  2. Swipe right to archive an email and swipe left to marking an email as read/unread
