You can now prevent specific email addresses or entire domains from landing in your inbox with Neo's new Block Sender feature. When you block an email address or a domain, the chosen email and future emails automatically move to the Trash folder.
You can choose to block either the email address or the domain. (If you select the domain, all future emails coming from this domain will get blocked).
Next, a confirmation window will pop up. Click on "Block".
The chosen email and all future emails from this sender will go to the Trash folder.

2. How to manage blocked senders
Click on "Settings" (icon) on the top right corner of the Neo's client.
Click on "Preferences".
On the left side panel, click on "Manage Senders".
Next select "Manage" next to "Blocklist". You'll see the list of blocked email addresses and domains.
To unblock a sender, click on “Unblock” next to the email address or domain you wish to unblock.
