Here are some of the things that can be done via the Neo Admin panel
Delete an existing account
- Open the Neo Admin Panel
- Click on the ellipsis icon next to the email account you wish to delete and select Delete Account
- In the window that appears, click on the Confirm option to delete the email account

Reset Password
- From the Neo Admin Panel hover your cursor over the email account for which you want to reset the password and click on Reset password
- Enter the alternate email ID for the email account whose password needs to be reset
- A password reset link will then be sent to the alternate email ID

Managing Alias
- Click on the ellipsis icon when hovering over a particular email address
- Click Manage alias
- Click on Add new alias
- Enter the email address you wish to have as an alias

For deleting an alias:
- Click Manage alias
- Hover over the particular alias you wish to delete
- Click on the delete icon and confirm it

Suspend an Account
- Click on the ellipsis icon next to the email account you wish to suspend and click on Suspend Account
- You will be asked to confirm the suspension along with the reason for the suspension
- Once you confirm, the email account will be suspended
