Compose and Send an Email

1. Click on 'New mail' in the Neo Mail client to open the compose window. 
2. Enter the recipient's email address. Additionally, you can also CC and BCC emails.
3. Do enter the Subject of the email. It's a good practice to add a subject line to your email. 
4. Enter the body of the email. As you start typing, the email is auto-saved in the drafts folder.
5. You can also format your text, attach files, images, schedule emails, etc. from the compose window.

Now, let us go through various helpful features available within the compose window.

1. Schedule Send: Neo Mail allows you to send scheduled emails. You can easily create an email and set a preferred time to send it.
2. Advanced Formatting Options: You shall be able to easily format your email text by changing the font size, style, etc from the list of available options shown below.
   
   
   
   
3. Attachment Picker: You can easily attach files to your email just by clicking on the attachment picker.
4. Insert and re-size images: Neo Mail allows you to easily insert images and resize them at your convenience. 
   
   
   
   
   
5. Similarly, Neo Mail offers an easy way to insert emojis just by clicking on the 'Insert Emoji' button.
6. Email Signature: Add a personalized email signature for your account. Format the signature to your liking by using bold, italic, underlined text or hyperlinking to your website or social profiles, and adding your company logo
7. A unique feature with Neo Mail is 'Read Receipts' tracking. Neo Mail will notify you when someone opens your email if read receipts is active.
8. Set follow-up reminder: Most of the emails we send, often need follow-ups or reminders.  You can use Neo Mail's reminder option to add reminders to your emails.
9. Neo Mail enables users to have Email Templates associated with their Email Accounts. Now, you can send an entire templated response in a matter of seconds with this feature!
10. Use Contact Groups to email multiple people — a project team, a committee, or your colleagues, without having to add each name to the To, Cc, or Bcc line one by one.
11. In order to delete an email draft, all you'd need to do is click on the delete button at the bottom right corner of your screen.
12. Hit Send and voila the email is sent! 
    
    

Clicked send and realized you sent the email too quickly? Just click undo send and redraft your email. Currently, undo send is available from 5 seconds to 1 minute from the time the email is sent.

2. Enter the email accounts of the recipients in the To field. You may also cc, bcc emails by clicking on the drop-down option on the right-hand side.

4. As you compose your email, it is auto-saved and made available in the drafts folder. You can also attach images, files etc. in the email using the attachment option (Refer screenshot below).

5. A unique feature with Neo is 'read receipts' tracking. Activate read receipts and Neo will notify you when the recipients opens your email.

Once the app is downloaded from the App Store and have successfully logged into your account, you are now set to send out your first email through your mobile device. Here are the steps:

1. Click on the create a new mail icon on the top-right corner of the Neo homepage. This opens the compose window.

2. Enter the Subject line of the email. If you choose to send out an email without a subject, you will receive a pop-up message to intimate you of its absence. You can tap on send but it's a good practice to send out emails with an adequate subject.

3. As you compose your email, it is auto-saved and made available in the drafts folder. You can also attach images, files etc. in the email using the attachment option (Refer screenshot below).

5. Now, hit the send icon on the top right to send your email!
