In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to configure A Record and CNAME Record on Papaki so that you can setup Neo site for your custom domain.
Step 1: Log in to your Papaki account (click here).
Step 2: Addition of the Neo Mail MX and TXT records.
Steps to add new A and CNAME records:
1. Click on 'Hosting Plans' from the left panel of your screen.
2. This will open all the domains hosted in your Control Panel.
3. Click on the particular domain name to which you wish to add the records.
4. This will lead you to the 'Hosting Manager Panel'. Navigate to 'Manage Hosting'.

5. In the websites and domains page, scroll down and click on 'DNS Settings'
6. Locate and select the existing A records (if any) from the records you see.
7. Click on the 'Remove Option' at the top of the screen.
8. Now you can add the new A records, by clicking on 'Add Record'

9. Select the record type as CNAME and enter the following values for CNAME record:
