In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to configure A Record and CNAME Record on One.com so that you can set up a Neo site for your custom domain.
1. Log in to your domain's DNS zone in One.com (click here)
2. Under Create new record section, click on 'A' to add a new A record. Enter the following values for the first A record:
Type | Hostname | Will point to | TTL (seconds) |
A | @ | 107.23.157.161 | 3600 |
And then select Create record

If your domain already has other A record(s) added, please make sure to delete those first. |
3. Similarly enter the other three A records. Below is a table with the remaining three A records that must be added

A | @ | 34.206.170.199 | 3600 |
A | @ | 44.197.32.160 | 3600 |
A | @ | 44.219.244.211 | 3600 |
4. Now, select the type as CNAME and enter the following values for CNAME record:
Type | Hostname | Is an alias of | TTL (seconds) |
CNAME | www | <Your domain name> e.g. supportmail.tech | 3600 |
And then select Create record.
Done! You have successfully configured the necessary records for your Neo Site.
