In this article, we'll walk you through the steps to configure A records and CNAME record on Namecheap, so that you can set up Neo site for your custom domain.
1. Log in to your Namecheap account (click here) and click on Domain List present on the left panel.

2. Select the domain you wish to configure, then click on Manage.

3. Click on the Advanced DNS tab at the top.

4. Scroll down to Host Records, then click on Add New Record.

If your domain already has other A record(s) added, please make sure to delete those first. |

5. Select the type as "A Record" and enter the following values for the first 'A' record and click on Save All changes.

6. Similarly, click on Add New Record and enter the other three 'A' records and save them. Below is a table with the remaining three 'A' records that must be added.

7. Now, again click on Add New Record, select the type as "CNAME Record" and enter the following values and click on Save.
