In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to configure A Record and CNAME Record so that you can setup Neo site for your custom domain.
Select your domain registrar (the website from which you purchased your domain name) to know the DNS setup instructions in particular for that registrar:
- GoDaddy
- Hostinger
- Wix
- WordPress.com
- Squarespace
- Name.com
- HostGator
- NameSilo
- Register.com
- Namecheap
- Dreamhost
- One.com
- Papaki
- VIPControl
Cannot find your domain registrar in the above list? Please follow the steps below.
General set up instructions:
1. Login to your Domain Registrar/ Hosting account
2. Navigate to the DNS / Domain Management Page/ DNS Control Panel in your admin page

If your domain already has other A record(s) added, please make sure to delete those first. |
3. Select the record type as A and add the new A records as below and Save the changes

| A | @ | 44.197.32.160 | 1/2 Hour |
| A | @ | 44.219.244.211 | 1/2 Hour |
4.Select the record type as CNAME and enter the following values for CNAME record:

| CNAME | www | <Your domain name> e.g. testsupport.xyz | 1/2 Hour |
5. Once done, please save the changes.
Done! You have successfully configured the necessary records for your Neo Site.
