In this guide, we'll walk you through the steps to configure A Record and CNAME Record on VIPControl so that you can setup Neo site for your custom domain.
1. Log in to your VIPControl account (click here) and click on the Manage button corresponding to your domain name and then navigate to Manage DNS under DNS field in the sidebar.
2. Click the plus icon to add a new record and for Type: use the drop-down in the first column to change the type of record to A

If your domain already has other A record(s) added, please make sure to delete those first. |
3. Enter the following values for the A record(s):

| A | @ | 107.23.157.161 | 1/2 Hour |
| A | @ | 34.206.170.199 | 1/2 Hour |
| A | @ | 44.197.32.160 | 1/2 Hour |
| A | @ | 44.219.244.211 | 1/2 Hour |
4. Select the record type as CNAME and enter the following values for CNAME record:

| CNAME | www | <Your domain name> e.g. testsupport.xyz | 1/2 Hour |
